Ongoing:
Witnessing: A professionally-facilitated writing group for adults
Journal entries, letters, poetry, essays, memoirs, stories, scripts, and creative nonfiction are welcome. This is technically not a therapy group, but writing and having one’s writing witnessed is a powerful way to heal, grow, and create change within and without. Currently, we meet monthly online. Please contact me for more information.
Past Events:
Fall 2020: King County Library Online Presentations

Winter 2020

“Word Dancers” Therapeutic Writing & Narrative Therapy for adults.
This group may be for you if you…
- frequently find yourself thinking about an old experience or past and problematic relationships.
- are working through a problem, such as an argument or complex situation at work.
- are in transition— retiring, graduating, moving, beginning, changing, or ending an important relationship, or starting or leaving a job.
- feel it is time for a “course correction” to reevaluate goals, values, emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
